Can you explain what does multiple domain hosting mean?
Multiple domain hosting means that in your account, depending on what plan you get, you can host more than one domain. Now if you have two websites, you can actually host these two websites in your account.

No. You will manage all the domains you hosted within your Account Control Panel.

No. However, you can temporariliy view your website while waiting for your DNS to propagate with the following URL set-up:

How do I install the scripts that goes with the account?
Login to your Control Panel. Click on your domain name. Choose Web Services. Under Pre installed scripts, click on Edit. Installing the scripts is as simple as turning button ON and OFF.
