Your hosting table specify a qouta for
every kind of Database. Is that for every database created?
The database qouta applies from the whole database in your account.
How many databases am I allowed to create?
The number of database you can create is actually not metered.
So you may create as many as you like, as long as you do not
go beyond your database qouta.
